R1BSS specializes in Testing and Commissioning, Testing Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), Energy Assessment and MEPF Design/Consultancy for all types of buildings whether new construction, renovation or refurbishment.

Reggie has over two (2) decades of extensive experience in the field of building services (MEP) design, construction management and commissioning (Cx). More than ten (10) years of his experiences were from overseas projects such as Hamad International Airport and Museum of Islamic Arts in Qatar, and world class casino; Wynn Palace and Wynn Resort in Macau.

Allan has more than twenty-seven (27) years of working experienced gained in the construction of museum, district cooling plant, irrigation pumping stations, potable water pumping stations, 11KV substation rooms, utility tunnels, airport catering facility, casino resort complex, health care facilities (hospitals), residential condominium, office tower, luxury hotels, commercial mall and shopping center. A bona fide member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Commissioning Specialist Association (CSA Grade 4)

Allan’s work exposure involves MEPF construction, testing and commissioning management, BAS/BMS and FDAS intergraded system testing, equipment start-up, performance and functional testing, MEPF project construction management, technical engineering, design review, bid evaluation review, project site supervision and coordination and variation change orders and claims.
